Patience

Following forgiveness,

I need to learn patience.

For the best things in life are worth waiting for.

I used to believe in this.

The fast-paced college life had blinded me.

I was afraid if I didn't hold on to something,

it would slip away and never come back.

Truth is, I never really was that important.

Not yet.

So I got off the wheel

Till it's time to spin again.
